The end is nigh
Arlen and I are, right now, discussing bottle washing strategies. Today is the day that we (finally) will bottle our brew. After we close up the bottles with a capper, it has to sit at room temperature for 7-10 days. We'll probably let it sit a bit longer so it'll all be ready for our Gross Beer Party.
